• Sherrod Z. Knox has mixed his filmmaking and political work for more than eight years. Since 2018 Sherrod has been around the world twice working on various projects in Europe, Asia and the US. His work has been viewed worldwide. He is an award-winning filmmaker, who has produced feature films, industrial films, public service announcements, documentaries, music videos and short films.

Knox has worked on every presidential cycle since he graduated from college and believes change can come with the underserved joining together and taking control of their political power. He has worked with the NC State Health Department, CDC, NC DOJ and has created video presentations that were presented to the FCC and the White House to influence decisions on rural internet access.

A graduate of NC A&T University, Knox was the youngest student on campus when he was accepted at 15 years old. He aspires to go to law school and apply the law to his social justice beliefs.

Knox will serve as Director of Government Relations.
